Payment Policy

All payments must be completed in full or deposit (50%) prior to the commencement of any tour or activity.
Payments are accepted in US Dollar (USD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

Tours will begin as per the confirmed schedule.
Please ensure punctuality to avoid any inconvenience.

Changes & Adjustments

Tour times and destinations may be subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any adjustments will be communicated promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Activity Participation

Rates for Bali activities are based on a minimum of 2 participants.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed pickup time.
